Prices include tax; VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI). Yearly payment: 10 months billed out of 12, at the exact price. Your price follows your number of properties, continuously; Orkalo only lets you know if you go over 200 properties (on quote). Prices shown in the app prevail.

Pricing questions
What happens at the end of the trial?
Nothing is charged on its own. If you do not choose a plan, your data stays intact; distribution, team and owners are paused until you decide.
What if my number of properties changes?
Your price follows your number of properties, continuously: every property added or removed changes next month’s price. Orkalo only lets you know if you go over 200 properties (on quote).
Am I locked in?
No. Stop whenever you like: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Do prices include VAT?
VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI): the price shown is the price you pay, with no VAT added at checkout or on your invoices.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. With yearly payment you pay 10 months out of 12, so two months are free.
Can I subscribe from an iPhone or Android app?
Subscriptions are managed on the Orkalo website. The iPhone and Android apps, coming soon, will link you there.
