The Orkalo apps for iPhone, iPad and Android are published by the same publisher on the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google). They use the same account and the same data as the website.
5. Intellectual property
The Orkalo name, logo, icons, screens and texts belong to the publisher or are used with permission. Any reproduction without written consent is prohibited. The content you add (photos, descriptions, messages) remains yours: see the terms of use.
6. Trademarks
Airbnb, Booking.com, Apple, Google and the other platform names mentioned belong to their owners. Orkalo is neither published nor endorsed by these companies; the connection to these platforms goes through an approved technical intermediary (see the privacy policy).
7. Mediation
If you use Orkalo privately (as a consumer) and a dispute could not be settled with our support, you can refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator: CM2C, Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net, litiges@cm2c.net. To find us on the CM2C form, enter SIREN 923 735 674 or the name AGKG Creations, under which the membership is registered. The mediator can only be seized after a written complaint left without a satisfactory answer, within one year.
